Getting Started is Easy

Starting training with the Vancouver Ki Society is easy. Classes are designed to be joined at any time. You can come in to our dojo for a free introductory lesson!

Our Aikido and Kiatsu programs are applications of Ki Development training. If you're interested in these programs, please be sure to join us for the preceeding Ki Development class.

What to do

  • Look at the schedule for class times
  • Contact the dojo to let us know you're coming. You do not have to wait for a response - visitors are welcome!
  • Dress in loose comfortable clothes like a tee-shirt and sweat pants
  • Come to the dojo 10 to 15 minutes before starting time. This gives you the opportunity to meet, ask questions, sign a release form, and talk with the instructor(s) before class begins.
