Six Class Introduction to Ki Development and Personal Kiatsu

Learn to calm your mind, better manage stress and improve your health with a six class introdcution to Ki Development and Personal Kiatsu

Learn important tools for healthy living:

  • Maintain a positive and calm mind
  • Reduce and manage stress
  • Replenish and improve your energy levels
  • Increase your concentration
  • Improve your ability to relax
  • Enhance and maintain your health

The Ki Development and Personal Kiatsu programs teaches students how to develop a flexible and calm mind and improve their health using an active meditation called Mind and Body Coordination. Through this, students learn to develop greater self-awareness, become more present, and relax more deeply in an experiential, hands-on format.

Lessons are broken down into approachable concepts, offering real-world applications and simple exercises to validate your understanding at each step.

In this six class introductory program, you will learn some of the basic elements of Ki Development and Kiatsu including posture, meditation, Ki Breathing, stretching and movement and their applications to daily life.

This program is $90 if registered in advance. Please register in advance as class size is limited.

Classes start on a regular basis. Please see our Getting Started page for dates and details.
